The following policies and procedures are intended to provide overall guidance for the administration of °ÄÃŲÊÀúÊ·¿ª½±¼Ç¼²éѯ. To the extent that a particular policy or part of a policy conflicts with Illinois or Federal law, the applicable law shall take precedence. To the extent that a policy conflicts with a collective bargaining agreement provision to which the Board of Trustees is a party, the agreement shall take precedence.
